Research That Actually Fits a Sprint

In September planning cycles, research often gets squeezed by delivery pressure. I understand why. A full study can feel impossible when a sprint already has a long list of commitments.

The pattern I trust is smaller and more specific. Instead of asking whether the whole concept works, I ask which assumption is most likely to hurt the next decision.

That might mean five quick conversations, a short prototype test, or a review of support tickets. It is not perfect research, but it gives the team something better than guessing.

I try to make the output easy to act on. One clear risk, one design recommendation, and one open question is often enough to move the work forward.
